• Elevation Plan – The elevation plan shows the general appearance and shape of the building from all sides, including how many stories, whether split level, building height, terrace or open spaces, roof type, etc. .

• Site Plan – This plan shows the entire parcel drawn to scale, how the house sits in the design, along with other important exterior features such as walkways, paths, fences, retaining walls, patios, wells, septic tanks, etc.
