Karma and good luck: the main list of ways to receive it

good karma and better luck

Many people at some point wish they had better luck. What many people don’t realize, however, is that karma and luck can be linked. Now keep in mind that I’m not implying that some people might deserve “bad luck”, just that there is no such thing. There is “a little luck” or “good luck”. If you feel like you need more good luck, there are many things you can do to increase your positive karma.

No matter how bad we think we have it, there are always innocent children and animals suffering all over the world in unspeakable ways. This article will give you several ideas for little things you can do that can increase your karma (and luck) over time. Even if you want to mark everything as “matches”, these little ideas aren’t hard to do and are worth a try, right? And even if you don’t believe in karma or luck, at least you’ll be bringing more goodness to the world by following these tips. If there’s one thing this world needs, it’s more kindness.

– Smile at a stranger every day. If someone is having a really bad day, a smile can bring a little light.

– Try going without a meal for once, take those few dollars and donate them to help hungry children who hardly ever eat.

– If you believe in prayer, pray for someone you don’t like. It will help balance the negative energy you already harbor from your anger/jealousy/dislike of them.

– Send a few happy “ecards” to at least one person a day, especially people you know who are having a bad day.

– Check all your old clothes, books, etc. and donate them to a thrift store or The Salvation Army.

– Feed a stray animal. Pet a stray animal. It would be even better if you could adopt a stray animal.

– Instead of squashing a bug in your home or workplace, move it outside and set it free.

– Sign some online petitions with causes close to your heart. Even if you are not sure if the petition will be effective or not, the fact that you take the time to sign it shows that you care.

– Cook a special meal for someone, or pay for their lunch one day just to be nice.

– Leave the change in the ATMs (if you receive it). Someone else may want a snack or drink and be pennies short. They will be very happy to find their spare change.

– Leave your change at the store or gas station. Someone else may need it more than you later on.

– Leave some positive comments on people’s blogs or websites. It might cheer you up to read it.

– Leave everyone wonderful and friendly comments on MySpace or Facebook.

– Try to be a kinder and happier person in general.

You don’t have a lot of money to save the world. Being nice and kind to as many people as possible will be enough to help change YOUR world, little by little. And you will start to see your own world getting better with positive karma and better luck.
