Are white tongue and throat lump part of Candida symptoms? – Ketosis from a low carb diet

My friend wants to know if white tongue and lump in throat are symptoms of yeast infection. She has a white coating on my tongue, because she does and it’s giving her bad breath. Also, he thinks she has a lump in her throat. She wonders if that’s related to yeast or acid reflux or both.

Most of us yeast sufferers have that white tongue that she got, but it’s not yeast, it’s caused by other yeasts. I think this yeast syndrome is one of the worst diseases out there, because you don’t know what you have.

The white coating on the tongue is a sign of cleanliness and/or ketosis. I read somewhere that it happens and is normal when you stop eating carbs/sugar and just eat protein and fat. Try scraping your tongue and drinking more water. The cloak will lighten as its body becomes cleaner. This actually makes sense, because it happens to me when I stop eating carbs.

Bad breath means toxic colon. I too have had a lumpy sore throat for years. It went away after i did a year and a half candida wellness center program but i still had yeast so i really dont recommend it. I find that when I go on a low carb diet I get a lump in my throat. Happens all the time.

Ketosis, which causes you to have a white tongue, is not healthy, as it means you are burning too much fat too fast and it can affect your kidneys. You may want to increase your carbs a bit by eating more vegetables.
